All Nespresso machines purchased through Nespresso or an authorized Nespresso vendor are sold with a one-year warranty. Nespresso offers a comprehensive After Sales Program including troubleshooting services by telephone for the life of your Nespresso machine.
Nespresso’s Online Assistance Service provides a wide-range of technical information concerning your specific Nespresso machine model. In addition, you can request a call back from one of our Coffee Specialists at the time of your choice. Our Coffee Specialist’s technical expertise is at your disposal for assistance with Nespresso machine use, maintenance, as well as spare part replazcement.
While we are able to resolve the vast majority of technical concerns through troubleshooting, repair services through Nespresso’s After Sales Program have been designed for optimum convenience. Repairs for Nespresso machines under warranty include all parts, shipping, labor and the use of a loaner machine during the repair at no charge. For those machines needing repair outside of the one-year warranty, servicing is available at a flat rate per machine model.
